For this year's #ATS and #ETS2 trucking, I came up with a couple of new themes to enhance every session. One of them is the so-called "Region-based company zones," where if the next sessions select this type of theme, only a certain group of states/countries will be served. 🚚💨

The "North American FJ Logistics Regions" map for ATS. Region A consists of the Four Corners states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Region B consists of the West Coast states of California, Oregon and Washington, and Nevada. Region C consists of the mid-Rockies states of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Region D is mostly situated in the Great Plains region, which consists the states of Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa - it also includes the upcoming states of Illinois and South Dakota, expected to release in 2026. Finally, Region E consists the West South Central states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. British Columbia, which is not part of this map, is planned to be a separate region due to its size. The "European FJ Logistics Regions" map for ETS2. Region A consists all of Scandinavia and the Baltic States, which include Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia - this also includes the upcoming Iceland DLC, expected to release in 2026. Region B is mostly situated in Central Europe as well as the BeNeLux region. The countries included are: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary. Region C consists the majority of Southeast Europe, which includes Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey - Only East Thrace is featured, but if an Anatolia DLC were to be implemented, Turkey would be proposed to be a separate region as it would make Region C too big. Region D only consists the countries of France, Switzerland, and Italy. Region E includes the entirety of Iberia, which only includes Spain and Portugal. Finally, Region F consists all of the British Isles as well as the upcoming Isle of Ireland DLC. This includes the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the country of Ireland. Due to the ongoing Russian Invasion of Ukraine, FJ Logistics has temporarily restricted travel and refuse deliveries to and from Russia. The country is marked in black as "Restricted" on top of the map key.

Oh, that's actually cool.

I haven't heard good things about the socialists in Albania but my sample size is one (1) Albanian friend so whatever.

It also doesn't sit super well with me that Albania allowed Italy to build asylum processing centers, considering who's in power in Italy.
