Every time my VILE menopausal acne starts healing, the next day there’s AT LEAST 4 new disgustingly worse spots?! And I can barely have my hair down STILL due to night sweats & hot flashes every fuckin day. I look like an uglier teenage Ms Trunchbull 🤢 SICK OF IT, PLEASE BE OVER

the soap you use matters a lot, find hydrating liquid ones. i like first aid beauty body moisturizers, cerave as well, both are sensitive skin friendly. for hands specifically there's a kiehls ultimate strength hand salve that saves my hands + elbows + knees. earth therapeutics has great feet
