The whole climate system is now collapsing or shifting into a feedback driven state. That is the real story...
And AMOC collapse will have catastrophic effects, but till that happens it won't matter anymore much...

osnap... we had these, also had something even more ancient where you'd get a plain 4 traffic light intersection and you had to actually wire up various and/or/nor/nand/etc. gates to make it work. Kind of like redstone in Minecraft except in the 90's :D

FWIW - Giss modele2 also showed that during the earliest Holocene, closing the Bering Strait caused amoc collapse bc the Bering strait flow reverses when Gris is melting like crazy.
But again - very glad you interviewed Susan Lozier on this - I’d love to see more osnap coverage and thoughts.
