Hey @nakkertokracing @parcgatineaupark can we borrow your snow cat for the day because we got problems! We are snowed in. Eastern part of network is unreachable due to drifting snow. In the meantime we are looking for volunteers to help get our groomers through. Location Remic Rapids parking lot.

Not only do we have mortgage-backed securities, we have opaque REMIC trusts that definitely (illegally) trade in defaulted mortgages, something I discovered doing foreclosure defense on one such mortgage. Everything is probably fine with that though, paperclips and string in the right places, idk

Sad. Last @ncc-ccn.gc.ca Bikedays weekend of the year. I hope next year they re-extend the hours 8-4 (at least).
Went for a little out-and-back along the KZM, checked out the Hintonburg Pumping Station and had some hot apple cider at Remic Bistro. Will get one last parkway run in tomorrow morning.
