I’ve been diagnosed with Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. It’s a bit advanced for my age.

Despite getting what my smart devices say is restful sleep I continue to feel exhausted almost everyday. No medical answers, but right now we're focused on #SpinalStenosis and #BoneSpurs. I've been referred to PT and have a #SteroidEpidural coming up. Hope those help, and the epidural doesn't hurt.
