Nor does Question 2 leave Massachusetts without uniform standards (there are mandated curriculum frameworks that all teachers must follow). That is some definite nightmare fuel. Though, full in YesOn2 mode and I can't see the word test without thinking about the MCAS, which honestly makes this picture even weirder.
