Sadly the pro-Trump and anti-EU far-right is currently ascendant across Europe.

Yeah. It's a far-right, pro-car, anti-bike-lines party, which is part of the governing coalition in Czechia

so I will keep working on the other issues, and praying his team is paying attention to the demands of the electorate. He doesn’t have that far to go to the left, but he does have to get MUCH better on anti-corruption and open advocacy to reform the SCOTUS.

My preferred ticket right now is

This post also feeds anti-government anti-environmental conspiracy theories put forth by the Far-Right that sustainable living is just an excuse to "take away our freedoms."

Yes because the French and Italians are being fed the same far right anti EU bullshit that we had during the Brexit campaign. You’d have thought they’d learn from what it did to the UK, but no… as usual, obscurantism from the far right…

Harry Lime’s famous saying in the Third Man about the contrast between the rule of the Borgias and democracy in Switzerland could be said by Putin Trump or Farage. The Penicillin racket Lime runs is also similar to the anti-vax shite perpetrated by the far right (and left).

Despite having been treated as such himself, his political career is built mainly on hostility towards “outsiders”: migrants and minorities. SPD brands itself as “direct democracy,” but its core positions are far-right, nationalist, anti-EU, anti-NATO, and anti-immigration.

Populism and anti-establishment rhetoric is in fashion right now. Weak center-left parties give rise to far-right parties
January 3, 2026 at 10:08 AM
I mean the vast difference between what was expected of a labour leader and what has been achieved, and the appeasement of the far right with his anti-immigration rhetoric. In 2029 we will have to make hard choices. But now is the time for protesting and dragging the overton window back to the left.
January 3, 2026 at 10:05 AM
I'm sure it's just a complete coincidence all the far right parties and conspiracy loons are so anti net-zero too.
January 3, 2026 at 9:53 AM
Besides, anti-gooners mostly coming from the far left due to that 'think of the children' rhetoric bullshit. Right-wingers are more anti-goon than liberals, not because of concerns for children, but due to religious theocracy. 😑😒

"Putin humiliated by Ukrainian commander faking death to claim bounty" This is interesting, but I don't know what to make of it. I'm pro-Ukranian and anti-Putin, but I'm also not far-right. Anyways, if it costs Putin money and respect, I'm all for it. #UkrainianView www.msn.com/en-us/news/w...

There are about 100000 far left anti-government/democrat accounts figuring out how to blame the #Venezuela bombings on democrats right now. I promise you.

Keep up hating vilifying and murdering Muslims it's anti-semitic not to
That's what the far right and the ultra Zionists keep pushing in all western countries

I suspect it's a holy war they're after and once Islam is annihilated who's going to be next

My brain is really…not right. I knew I had to get off my anti depressants but I forgot how…interestingly negative my brain skews. Yes, I’m able to focus on the positives as best I can but god damn, how I get this far (before meds) is a damn mystery.

so geowizard is a supporter of a far right, anti-immigration uk party

great shame, thought he was a better person

When today’s far-right pundits use concerns about natural resource scarcity to push the anti-immigrant “great replacement theory,” they’re using a playbook created decades earlier by environmentalist and white nationalist John Tanton.

Far-Right Extremists Embrace Environmentalism to Justify Violent Anti-Immigrant Beliefs
Climate change and anti-immigrant hate are colliding, foretelling a volatile future.

Additionally, modern anti-zionism (divestment, not supporting the Government of Israel) has very little to do with denying Israel a "right to exist" and far more to do with not supporting state sanctioned atrocities under the guise of Zionism.

One should be allowed to be anti Israeli govt and some of its far right supporters without being labelled anti semetic. I detest what the Israeli govt has been doing, under cover, to the Palestinians, for decades. I now despise that govt. Just like I despise Trump, but not the American people

It's been pretty clear that their anti-trans coverage was a deliberate choice, but now it's also clear that they were doing it to try to appease Trump and the far right. They didn't think it would cost them anything.
January 3, 2026 at 3:20 AM
The big trend, imo, is fascist-like parties becoming the default right of center alternative so that when there's an anti-incumbent wave, they're the ones to reap the benefits. Trump winning in 2024 clearly beat back the far right in Canada in terms of offices, but the underlying trend is there.
