This will be my thread concerning my FOIA Request to the EHRC. I think I got some actually worthwhile files, but I'll start with sharing the files so that other people can get their eyes on them.

They provided considerable correspondence between EHRC staff and antitrans orgs.

Her (Chloe's) argument doesn't even follow logically. And the right to have autonomy and self-actualization over your body and personal identity is not actually rooted in any particular view of gender or anyone's particular experience of the same.

Notably on a CBS call today in which the panel was floated, one producer also repeatedly emphasized the need to hear from Palestinians in Gaza (Weiss did not respond).

I hate to say it but the majority of the country is not going to die on the hill of trans rights. We can’t protect ANY groups if we can’t win a national election, so purity tests only serve to make specific groups feel triumphant. That’s not “erasing” them; it’s long-horizon strategy.
