our son was born that november. we never trusted the hype that kids were largely immune to COVID. so much was still unknown—but emerging data were hardly cause for comfort. there was never a question of letting down our guard—surely not until vaccines were available.

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass jene in der Ärzteschaft, die immer noch "Psychosomatik" und "kein Biomarker" meinen, als Grund von Ländern & SVen vorgeschoben werden. Die Frage ist: Läßt man gewähren bzw. macht man mit oder pocht man auf Verbesserungen?

Aktuell-noch ohne Biomarker- geht es voran mit gründlicher,PEM-Sensitiver Anamnese:
PEM zu erkennen-
oder zu falsifizieren.
Die Handkraft ist zwar ein Hinweis, aber deren Unauffälligkeit kein Indiz für keine PEM.
Wenn es auch nur leiseste Hinweise auf PEM gibt,
sollten wir die sehr ernst nehmen.

Ja das hat mit der Überarbeitung der ICD 10 begonnen. Der einzige anerkannte „Biomarker“ wird entwertet und geleugnet. Wer nicht mehr arbeiten kann, soll zugrunde gehen
PEM, das zentrale Merkmal von MECFS, ist kein neuer Begriff.
PEM wird aber zunehmend verfälscht, von #MECFS entkoppelt und bestenfalls als postvirale Belastungsintoleranz verharmlost.
Damit wird das zentrale Krankheitsmerkmal von #MECFS verwässert und umetikettiert, Reha und #GET werden möglich.

Sicher... Wenn die Experten vermuten, dass es Metastasen geben kann, was die an der Art von Tumor und dessen Größe abschätzen, dann werden weitere Behandlungen empfohlen.

Biomarker z.b. für Autoimmuntherapie.
Teils kombiniert mit Bestrahlung oder Chemo.
