I ended up having a buffet! I graduated undergrad with a multidisciplinary degree (architecture, biology, neuroscience) and even now though I’m “specializing in a niche topic” in my PhD I picked the topic s.t. it’s the intersection of math, physics, chemistry, cell biology, neuroscience & embryology
