My Dad grew up in a cabin without running water or electricity in the Mississippi country. He had me in the garage when I was 5, shooting a .22 rifle into a stack of my Mom's Cosmopolitans. Shot expert in the Army. Never owned a gun. Didn't want that energy. In my 50s now, considering an AR. Fuck.

A trick they've pulled is that because they pose as nationalists, it facilitates their globalism. They can openly ally across national boundaries because everyone thinks they are defenders of the volk. But when leftists build international coalitions they get tagged as disloyal cosmopolitans.

I am learning a lot reading this. There was a purge of Soviet psychiatry in 1950, where all psychiatrists were made to swear adherence to "Pavlovian doctrine of material science". Most psychiatrists who refused were Jewish, declared "cosmopolitans" and a year later the "doctor's plot" purges began.
