And now I struggle with the word 'diabetes' because when dad was diagnosed she pronounced it as 'diabetus' - one of the lesser philosophers. I try hard so hard not to say it that way that I struggle to say it at all and put weird emphasis on the 'teeees' at the end.

ok i agree. if it says added sugar on the label and it isn't dessert, put it back. that's the way to get farmed by big pharma for diabetus profits. and a study this year found that a lot of protein powders are actually full of lead so be careful.
