Good news for my health, but...

Biology wins. Congestive heart failure with diuretics causing renal failure in addition to advancing frontotemporal dementia. He wears a catheter, diapers and can’t drink with one hand.

I woke up last night with severe pain in my left foot. I tore off my lymphedema wrap and realized I was having a gout attack. Diuretics can exacerbate gout. I took Tylenol and was awake for a few hours. I posted this since I was awake anyway. #ChronicLife #painsomnia #gout #Spoonie #chronicpain

Unable to drink with one hand, gait & balance problems, word salads -classic frontotemporal dementia.
The CHF with diuretics causing renal failure is happening faster.

Chances are at that level of heart failure,he is on one, maybe two diuretics. There is no holding your pee then. You think it, you do it. Oh, I gotta.... too late. 😢 a cath would be a relief, but that leg bag would have to be emptied extremely frequently.

Congestive heart failure gives people those swollen legs and a diet of diuretics to stay alive.

Regardless of the cause, the route to the drain is still short.

Was just thinking of the Gwar song “Sick of You” as the song I might play as loud as possible when It Happens.

Could be they're giving him heavy doses of diuretics to combat the kankles which would significantly increase urination and at his age probably result in incontinence, or maybe he did have a stroke which may have also caused incontinence.

It's a piss bag. When you have congestive heart failure you are put on diuretics such as Lasix which makes you pee, a lot!

Snagged from Instagram. A photo taken when Trump got off the plane. A nurse on the Instagram thread said it's a catheter pee bag. Maybe having to use because of diuretics.

Looks like a catheter bag. He is probably on diuretics for his CHF & cankles so has to urinate frequently. Still wears diaper in case he shits himself.

China supplies the U.S. with ordinary painkillers, psychoactive medications, blood thinners, heart medications, antihistamines, antibiotics, diuretics… All are subject to Trump tariffs, but fentanyl is tariffed separately. Canada and Mexico, also, have separate “fentanyl taxes”.
I despise the man, too, but fentanyl is widely and totally legally used in medicine for pain management and anesthesia.

Old people get incontinent.
Old people on diuretics often have catheters which can be external (basically taped in place) or in dwelling. My guess is he wouldn’t tolerate an external and it’s in dwelling.

I follow a Dr. on IG that is sure he’s had a stroke. Also likely suffers from congestive heart failure and kidney disease. The hand bruising is from IV diuretics which compound other issues. 🤷🏻‍♀️
