I’ve reported a couple of the fake ones with the robotic voice and spreading false celebrity deaths, but I think they just come back under another account. It’s really sad what social media has become.

Because there are people who legitimately try to pretend they are not who they say they are. A fake Mark Hamill account got a whole bunch of followers, then when the real Mark Hamill joined everyone thought he was a fake at first.

I got a youtube ad with an elderly ai voiceover talking up a lifelike “ai puppy” named wuffy “that even fooled my veterinarian” that was using ai footage of a dog and when i googled it there were fake ai reviews of it by an account named “ChristianSonic.” I think the economy will be just fine
