Yes to all the above. 🙂 The river absolutely is the natural boundary: 'Mersey' is from the Old English for boundary. The Ferry Tavern is great, and the 'island' is Cuerdley Marsh, where the power station had its settling lagoons - another world from even the landward side thereabouts.

Very good news , we also need to improve our energy storage ie battery farms because we are losing / wasting the energy produced. Next level of green energy should be tidal lagoons, we are an island and are not making full use of our coastline

You can see in the video one moment they are off to the east and then the west
