I understand that Kazaa Lite is a controversial robot, but their fire was actually NERFED for finals. They had to run at half fuel capacity than they used to.

NHRL!!!!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING AGAIN NEXT YEAR!!!!!! This is all the things I want out of sports!!! Incredibly amazing to meet @gil.hova.net and see how game design can really be taken to a full different scale with such incredibly efficient and passionate production!!
And of course I got to meet up with @gil.hova.net and he let us tour how it all works backstage with the staff and compositors!!

By the grand finals, the bleachers were absolutely packed with cheering fans shouting FIGHT ROBOTS FIGHT
People cheered from the broomsticks boys with BROOK! STICK! when they cleaned the arenas
Though this was my first time going, I felt like I can easily jump in on the chants. It was sick

you know, i loved battlebots, but if i had to pick one to die, between NHRL and Battlebots, I'm glad it was battlebots that bit the big one
NHRL has so much more life to it, the way things work at the lighter weight classes affords so much more variety and creativity

It's not something I've ever been involved with, I liked watching Battlebots etc when I was younger, but it was never enough. I think what they do at NHRL is better, support if you can. My thanks to a favorite game designer @gil.hova.net who posted about it on another platform many moons ago.
