#non-responders
The main lesson I learned is that responders are usually right about what doesn't work, but usually not perfect on their suggestions to improve. Bluesky staff don't even start by acknowledging where there are problems. Thank you for reading my gay non-fiction essay. Could have used less sentences.

It's non-alcoholic, of course.😁 The brand, Fire Dept Coffee, makes many flavors, including boozy non-alcoholic types. (I hated the bourbon). They sell ground coffee & whole beans. 10% of each sale goes to the Fire Department Coffee Charitable Foundation, which aids injured & ill 1st responders. 😊

A review of the literature from 2012 to 2021: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...

•benefits at 3-5g/day even without a loading phase
•safe for all populations with no adverse effects on kidney function
•elderly may be non-responders

Creatine is basically the only supplement we’ve researched enough to show it’s both safe and effective for most people. Some folk are non-responders and people with kidney probs shouldn’t use it, but slight elevation in creatinine is usually fine if it can be attributed to creatine supplementation.

oh ya, totally makes sense! also since they're non professional first responders i wonder if there's a higher chance their brother ISN'T ICE/CBP

FMT before immune checkpoint inhibitors improves response in NSCLC and melanoma. E.citroniae, E.lavalensis, C.innocuum persist in non-responders: suppress ICI efficacy? FMT works by depleting harmful taxa. Next step: targeted MO depletion?

The good news is the measles vaccine is good at preventing infection.

The bad news is it can wear off, some people are non-responders, and some people can't be vaccinated (babies etc)

Ethical uniform fetish options:
- firemen, EMT or other non-cop first responders (self explanatory)
- union job manual workers (also self explanatory)
- wwi soldiers (theyve been dead long enough)
- allied powers wwii soldiers (also self explanatory)

So because I've been running a lot of #MothershipRPG I wound up writing some setting fluff and with it primer for our table showcasing of common threats that I'm calling our 'Known Quantities'.

Wanna see the sick shit I have in store for them? Of course you do.

Here in the ATL we are under a winter storm warning (a BFreakinD) for tomorrow and Sunday. Isn’t like IN, where 2-4” of powdery snow is a non-event. Everyone truly needs to stay in off the roads. It’s hilly here in the Piedmont. Please keep GA in your prayers, esp 1st Responders. Heroes, all. 🤞🙏❄️

It wasn't a matter of time wearing off. The first time she was checked was about 5 years after, but the second check was 6 weeks after inoculation. The doctors aren't sure why, but apparently some people simply are "non-responders". I'm told these people are naturally immune. Odd, isn't it?

I even agree with the intent. I'd love to see funds diverted from policing into social workers and mental health first responders. But the only response a non-political person is going to have to that silly slogan is "but I like the police" and you've completely lost them.

BS

Put that money to find non-violent first responders to deal with issues that distract police from dealing with violent crime.

Don't send trigger-happy, armed responders on "wellness" checks so the cops stop killing innocent citizens.

That’s a good point. A different and less effective vaccine was used in the early 1960s, I forgot that. And although we give two doses to capture non-responders rather than as a booster, it might also help there and those from the one dose time - until early 1990s - might be less protected 1/2

Richard DiMarchi in 2012(!!) did preclinical work that suggested this would be the case. While this is a small retrospective study, the difference in weight loss between the HRT arm (19.2%) and non-HRT arm (14%) is not small! For post menopausal women GLP1 non-responders HRT might break the stall?

Ask your leader if they have a donation recipient in mind. "Gift of Caring" - our troop picks a local shelter, food bank, first responders + frontline workers, or non-profit to donate a bunch of cookies to! Its also great to promote when cookies in hand - "would you like to donate a box to XYZ?"😁

AI Predicting CGRP Inhibitor Response

The Result: The model demonstrated high predictive accuracy for CGRP inhibitor response (Area Under the Curve (AUC) $\approx 0.83$), suggesting it can reliably distinguish between responders and non-responders before treatment begins.

Non-responders of routinely collected PROM scores in hip and knee arthroplasty had significantly increased mortality and significantly worse baseline scores despite similar demographics and revision risk.

Interesting. I thought Germany routinely gives two doses and adults born after 1970 receive a single one based on the assumption that many will have some immunity and because non-responders to the first dose are rare. But will look up the guidelines
