This reminded me to check how @gubrud.bsky.social defined AGI when he coined the term back in 1997. It was quite insightful, especially as he also said it "may be developed within the first few decades of the 21st century", and fits pretty well with what we have now.

As do I! Having the bags now- I wonder how I got by without them! I commute and run errands by bike whenever I can - it is so much nicer to have decent, usable storage that is also aestetically pleasing!

The color splash of tan is actually quite the jaunty accent on an otherwise blackout kit

I was impressed by how snappy Zed feels, but never felt quite mature enough for me just yet. On VSCode right now, and as usual whilst it’s quite usable, it just feels laggy and bloated.

I think this sponge board is about 20 to 30 years old and while it's not exactly helpful in corners anymore, it's quite amazing it's still usable at all.

My knowledge of local uni affairs is very stale by now — a dozen years old — but at that time, even after years of promises, new IT systems, etc., usable data about costs & income was quite sparse. And we were still parking our cash balances in Icelandic banks when everybody else was pulling out.

I still haven't quite gotten into the groove of this bad boy in comparison to FB but I'm glad to see more people over here using it! Makes it more usable by the day!

Definitely using it about as much as I used X now though so humble beginnings!

Bah, filter alarm on my flow hood means another $300 to the Science Gods. At least they last like 3 years. The HEPA is still usable but quite clogged by now, even with proper prefilter. I thought it was a scam at first but remarkable how different flow rate is with a new one...

Harry looks really quite knackered in these shots, so I think they might be the last ones of the day. Issues such as the eye redness can be colour-corrected, or the image switched to mono where required.
I don't know if these images were ever used in promo.

No no it's a complete re-implementation. I have quite a lot of experience with NSTextView specifically backed by TK1 but I'm getting more now with TK2. It used to be unusable. Now its usable, but still has major problems (aside from the TK2 APIs)

Relief that my chilli bed wasn't devastated by the cold on Thursday night. I reckon there are over 200 fruits slowly ripening, but will there be time before it gets properly cold? I've harvested 6 so far and they were quite fiery. Some are usable now, but most need another month. #allotment #chilli

Ok. And now I have a plan to get the initial audio edits done by the 4th.

They are actually quite stressful, as hearing how ... *awful* my voice sounds in between the usable takes... whew. Plus two levels of near-triggering immersion in my heartfelt story (words and voice!) - anyway. Soon.
