that's a pretty high RHR, i run just 30ish km/week, swim 5, and bike 150 and mine is 50. but these things vary independent of fitness

I get it, but I have a friend who's rather sedentary and just jogs occasionally. her RHR is 50 and drops into the 40s while she sleeps, so I really suspect it's very genetic

also bei mir steigt hrv im tagesdurchschnitt 1 woche nach covid ca gleich an wie rhr sowohl dieses mal als auch vor ca 2 jahren
