A vintage Omega De Ville "Ellipse" model from the late 1960s or 1970s, featuring a square case with rounded corners, textured black dial, and a stainless steel mesh bracelet.

Shooting wide angle always makes watches look more impressive.

The case only measures about 2x2cm and is 4-5mm thick. Manual wind.

I'll give it to a relative on my English side, as my 7 1/4" wriat is about twice as girthy as my wife's.

Shame I can't carry it off because it's so light and slim that I literally can't tell if I'm wearing it.

The clasp finish does an excellent job of mimicking the exterior finish of the woven bracelet strap, which tapers to about a cm wide at the clasp.

The strap is hammered to a satin finish on the outside, inside shows the woven texture. It's not hallmarked so it's probably stainless steel, rather than sterling silver. The clasp has 3 adjustment positions totalling about 6mm or a quarter of an inch and it's welded, so hard to cut and resize.
