Because that's what we're already seeing at the edges, particularly using children as pawns

Books, educational resources, healthcare, movies all being labelled dangerous and "pornography" in order to repress these types of expression.

You ever look at your kid as they’re getting older and get worried about how good looking they are going to be as a teen and what that’s gonna do to both them and me as their mom having to manage a hot teen’s path in life? Me, the bad self image, body dysmorphia, low self esteem teen?!

My teen's choice of friends, their character and sense, keeps me pretty fired up.

In my eng 102 today, defining reasons and warrants, I gave the example that cops need a warrant to search you, and istg a class of 15 spontaneously and simultaneously laughed out loud.

Yeah. These poor kids. Re: driving- our teen’s pediatrician told us that she’s seeing more and more kids not getting their licenses now. Unheard of when we were their age, but each generation carves out their own path and this one does things on their own timeline. It’s all good.
