thinking about a preschool demo I directed and how i went through like... 50 takes of the voice actor doing one line. It was fine through the first 5 -

Actually giving everyone learning accommodations would remove both the burden and the stigma of seeking them from anyone who needs them, and would be a big positive step in education policy, just like free school lunch helps all kids and all their families. Gatekeeping hurts everyone.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.
