The Supreme Court has basically said that US government agents can profile, question, detain, or kidnap any one of the more than 65 million Latinos in the US, or anyone who looks vaguely non-white. Maybe the most terrifying SC decision in my lifetime and a leap off the cliff to genuine fascism.
