Usually about one or two hours after I take my meds
Not a headache but a feeling of warmth that’s not pleasant but not painful either

This Marocaine Sauce is unlike anything else I have tried. Sour/tart and salty plus herbs and spices. Opened it yesterday so got a whole tube full to play with yet. Yyaayy.

Military thriller. Sounds good. I am happy as a clam that the Jack Ryan Universe is still going strong. New one, book 44 in the series, comes out November 25th. I have it ordered.
