Daily DBZ 152. Android 16 removes his hands to reveal he's got literal cannons under there and blasts Cell into the ground. Seems like a total victory until Cell pops out of the ground behind 17 and gulps him up for real this time. fuuuuuuuuck...

Android 16 with his detatched hands tucked under his arms has just fired into the ground leaving a smoking crater. But Cell pops out of another hole in the ground and his tail snatches up Android 17, gulping him down. It looks way too phallic.

As recently as last week, I was writing about the brilliance and impact of the art of Drew Struzan. Today, we learn he's passed. I'm gutted.

His artistic genius and inspirational images will truly be appreciated forever. May we continue to treasure his work & the man who made it. Thank you, Drew.

My favorite Struzan story is that he was doing the poster for Indy at Disneyland, but they didn't have the rights to Ford's likeness. Fed up with working around the problem, Struzan just called Ford and was like, "hey, can I use your face for this," and Ford said, "if it's for you, absolutely."

We went on a trip this weekend to the woods and stayed at a nice lodge with a fireplace in our room. There was zero cell service and only 90 minutes of shitty wifi per day. We did a ton of hiking and reading and crafts. Highly recommend. Great way to spend our anniversary.

I’ve seen a lot of spellings for the PSA segments I do for the ends of the season 2 episode. Digivice, dig-advice, digi-advice. Not a one of you have ever spelled it right. Whatever you think, it’s worse.

It’s “Digidvice.”
