Ahhh, just look at the size of that box. How many glorious punchboards are contained within?
Although, listening to @historytable.bsky.social "only" 1800 counters might be considered a bit mild, these days =8)

Just catching up on the latest trends.

With thanks to @faineg.bsky.social for introducing me to Tom "Bazongabil"
Side by side image of Tom Bombadil from The Lord of the Rings, a happy man in a blue robe dancing while carrying a leaf. The left half is labeled "Designed with Gamers In Mind" where Tom is shown to have large breasts in a bra with clevage. On the right is labeled "Designed With Activists In Mind" where he appears normal.

Erm.....if they feel they need to use TwatGPT just to formulate a "hi" how the hell do they expect to function if they actually get a date. Although I suspect the lack of reply already answered that.
That vid is both great, and a terrifying portent

Not sure what is more tragic; taking 3 days with the help of Chat GPT to come up with "Hey Sarah, it was lovely to meet you", or not being able to identify a single special moment on a date to insert into the message it suggested.
Anyway, enjoy this:

Great to catch up with everyone at Partizan today, and a chance to get my eldest playing a game. He really enjoyed @joewargamer.bsky.social what a tanker game, we were discussing getting some tanks on the way out which is the most interest he has ever shown #spreadthelard

You really gotta love progress.

When I was a kid, the shopping centre would play nothing but boring golden oldies on the sound system.

These days they play the best music, just straight bangers all the time.

I’ve spent some time over the last few days with the @thearmypainter.bsky.social speed paint pens starter set.

I have thoughts.

Firstly I’ve tried a few of the other paint markers on the market and always found them wanting.

The main reason for this is application.

Some additional wide shots of the whole building. It was fun as hell working on all the different textures: copper, brick and concrete. I did kind of an impressionist style, lot of messy brush work and stippling to create a sooty, aged poorly maintained look.
Down angle shot of the Sanctum Sanctorum. You get a clear view of the rooftop and the lantern glow on the front steps. Front and right wall of the Sanctum. I carved cracks into the concrete to apply where and make the large flat area a little bit more interesting. Rear and left side view of the Sanctum. Lots of windows. Front photo of the Sanctum Sanctorum. The camera is pulled back far enough you see the whole thing.

I have been seriously worried about early onset Alzheimer's, as the early signs are the loss of language skills. My typing has been becoming very erratic. Turns out that you can cure Alzheimer's by giving your keyboard a really good clean out. (Freed up a sticky "e" key)

Dead Talents Society is a terrific dark comedy about ghostly influencers in a very Chinese afterlife. Fast-paced, bloody, and completely absurd. A definite highlight of this month so far!
