Yeah probably.

Wind makes allergies worse and also puts me on edge/tense/anxious - esp the northerly/north-westerly as it shakes the house so much my bed vibrates

Yes very discombobulating. Hearing how much recovery time people without LC need is a helpful reminder. Really do need to lower my productivity expectations - not helped by Mr not understanding recovery time is needed.

I had been doing ok at this, but I think I got my pacing for the past few months right on the edge of my limits that I fooled myself into thinking I was fine/could do more. & now that I’m out of that phase, my pacing’s messed up&my brain thinks I can do more (& is forgetting the post thesis crash)🤦‍♀️

No, we weren’t meant to believe Renee Zellwegger’s Bridget Jones was fat. One of the character’s main traits was that she believed she was fat due to the world she was living in. The book and film got this aspect right.

Yeah it’s a terrible failing of public health education. And the idea that immunity is a muscle that needs strengthening has been around a long time (in the alternative/wellness health space at least) do hard to undo, or get ppl to realise it’s different for viruses than bacteria (maybe)
