Met Police: 'No crimes committed'

Pictures: Show crimes being committed

Remember folks, Public Order Law has a secret 'unless far right' clause.

Well we don't have dodge bullets at school.
Or ICE thugs coming to kidnap us if we don't have white skin.
Or soldiers marching down the streets, dropping tear gas bombs from helicopters, for literally no reason at all.

So it's not quite as hard as growing up in the USA.

I’m sure nothing will happen anywhere in London until after next May’s council elections,
we need to get promises from candidates if they want our votes.

Again @camdencouncil.bsky.social extending its cycle lanes, to enable safer cycling, when will adjacent boroughs and quangos catch up ? Congratulations to all involved.

Although you probably would not have as many bad habits as “regular” drivers, and would take more care.

Great campaign from the @escalatenow.bsky.social team who got TfL to fix the escalators at Cutty Sark.

Now pushing TfL to fix the lifts in Greenwich foot tunnel built by London County Council 113 years ago for dock workers to cross the river.

When TfL was set up they got road not foot tunnels. 🤦‍♀️

Campaigners have launched a petition calling for control of the Greenwich Foot Tunnel to be transferred from Greenwich Council to Transport for London.

The tunnel was originally run by London-wide government, but control was handed to Greenwich in the 1980s.

Ever since I finished Question Time, Reform have massively been on the attack.

Including a rant from Richard Tice entirely designed to distract from Reform and Russia.

Everyone should know about Nathan Gill, the bribes from Russia and the link to Reform.

But bring a Ltd company doesn’t mean you cannot commit fraud !

This is written in National Highway's own "about us" page.

They are promoting car dependent sprawl as part of their business plan.

For my mind, anyone saying that a new road or adding capacity to a junction will "unlock thousands of new homes" needs to be very stringently asked "how".

Linking a road scheme as necessary to unlocking land for housebuilding should be a huge red flag for the media to probe.

Can I just add, having visited Paris a number of times since this revolution took place, this wonderfully stylish looking woman is not a model or prop, this is what it looks like. Just people getting around their city, on bikes, looking great.

“The transformation is astonishing. [Paris] has quietly—& quickly—become one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. What started as a series of emergency “coronapistes” or pop-up bike lanes, built during the pandemic has evolved into a permanent bike network spanning hundreds of kilometres.”
New Study Shows How Paris Pedaled Its Way to a Cycling Revolution
Cycling through central Paris meant weaving between buses and scooters—a bold choice reserved for the fearless few.

Bike lanes needed on Holloway Road, Cycleway 50 needs updating & completing to Tottenham Hale. The Dartmouth Park, Tufnell Park Barnsbury & Laycock & Highbury New Park Liveable Neighbourhoods need to be implemented. We need decent secure cycle parking solutions & TfL bike docks near the stadium.
