I have a Lectric XP 2 (2022) and I love it! Suitable for apartments because it can be folded. Riding experience will depend on road conditions of where you live; in XP 2 price range there’s no fancy shock absorbing.

I’m not familiar with e-trikes. But the brand Lectric is decent.
