Transness is not bourgeois. This is a wedge idea dreamed up by some gleefully amoral think tank lobotomite to split trans people and make us fight each other. That we relay on modern medicine doesn't make us any more bourgeois than someone who needs antidepressants or cleft palate repair.

JFC, of all the places, Fenway health, the place that basically allowed trans youth to get the healthcare they needed regardless of situations, I literally still go here to make sure they can provide services for kids, but this might change my mind.

Fenway health in Boston has stopped providing gender affirming care to trans youth.

I was previously on the board of this organization and I've never been so disgusted with their leadership cowardly capitulating like this.
