Wir befinden uns bereits in einer Phase, die die Uni als Ad-hoc Strategiephase bezeichnet, und das mindestens bis 2027
Alle Mittelbau Stellen werden nicht verlängert. Ausnahmen gibt es nur, wenn die Lehrbarkeit gefährdet ist..und de Uni so: "dafür gibt es Lehraufträge"
Ich bin aber gerade busy - Bewerbung schreiben.
Kein Scherz.
Allerdings sind die Finanzprobleme des Landes auch ein Ergebnis der schlechten Demographie + Abwanderung. Deshalb ist es ja auch ganz schlau, Zuwanderung eindämmen bzw. ganz verhindern zu wollen.
(Forschung hat was mit Graduierten zu tun? Wirklich?)
An der Stelle hat die Uni anscheinend wenig Spielraum wegen deutlich rückgängiger Landeszuweisungen (auch anderswo in Sachsen ein Problem). Aber auch weil sie in den letzten Jahren anderswo Stellen aufgebaut hat = finanzielle Verpflichtungen. Z.B. mit einer Graduiertenakademie.
