I am really excited to see what we can get done with Mayor Mamdani. When it comes to the things a mayor actually has control over, I think there's a lot of opportunity to truly transform the city for the better in lots of ways. Let's goooooooo!
Sell me your brownstone for $50k while you still can

I'm still looking for freelance work! A client who had a bigger commission might be ghosting me and uh, my accounts are always dangerously near zero.

Besides 2D Animation, I do 3D, Storyboards, Illustration, Comics and Writing - check out my portfolio (link in my bio)
Decided to make my 2D animation reel more adorable

Don’t assume people in your life know anything at all. We are weird for following news. We still need those votes from the people who don’t. In this case my friend was foiled because her mom voted early. So talk early and often.

the only relevant national take about the NYC mayoral election is the one that isn't happening: how outrageous it is that the president is using federal funds as a tool to influence the outcome
Chuck hasn’t been this irrationally opposed to anyone since Janette Sadik-Khan put a bike lane on his block.
Q: It's election day in NYC. Did you vote for Mamdani or Cuomo?

Schumer: "Look, I voted, and I look forward to working with the next mayor to help NYC."
In Nov. 2018, Democrats nearly won a supermajority in the state senate.

Bail reform passed earlier that year as part of Cuomo’s attempt to shore up his left flank. Until then, he had spent all of his term manuevering (gerrymandering, IDC) to help the GOP hold the state Senate.
In 2018, Cuomo helped push through a criminal justice reform desired by progressives for years - ending cash bail. The move cost Democrats a lot of political support, but he helped champion it, got it passed and signed it. 7/
Was shutting down the Moreland Commission progressive?

What about signing off on a GOP gerrymander of the state senate?

Or working behind the scenes to help create the IDC when the gerrymander broke and Republicans couldn’t win a majority anymore?
Bad news for everyone in Brooklyn doing insurance fraud w/Texas license plates
Nobody wants to live here, but house start at $1.5 million. Everyone’s fleeing, but the vacancy rate is below 2%.
To be fair, he’s doing a great job campaigning as a Republican, offering nothing but gutter racism and resentment.
That omits all the other progressive things he did like shut down a statewide corruption investigation when it got too close to him; help republicans control the state senate as a minority party; raid the subways operating budget; give Elon Musk billions of dollars for a failed factory
Is working to help Republicans control the state Senate long after they couldn’t win a majority of seats on a map that Andrew Cuomo helped them gerrymander progressive?
Re-upping my official guide to New York City judicial elections.

Info in these races is hard to come by, this is all you need to know.
This is my New York judicial voting guide:

The Conservative Party’s headquarters are in Bay Ridge.

Everyone who works there is an asshole, on both a personal and professional level.

Do not vote for anyone running on the Conservative Party line

Write-in your friends or favorite Mets instead.
yes this is our most-read story today, followed closely by our guide on competitive judicial races

I gotta laugh thinking about people googling these in the booth

If this guy loses I think we're done with everything and I don't mean that in a hyperbolic sense at all. Like if this guy can't get elected, our hearts are too fucking dark to be happy and hope for a brighter future because it'll mean we chose Cuomo
For New Yorkers who work the night shift, it can be nearly impossible to participate in political life of our city.

So tonight we’re bringing this campaign to them — starting with taxi drivers waiting at LaGuardia.
It’s true, theres usually at least one cop in the corner playing candy crush.

The strangest part of this ad is the “scary” part is just images of the subway. The same subway that me and my kids ride every day.

The target audience of this ad is literally people scared of the subway, which is not the 3.4 million people who ride it every day.

To me, it’s not dark at all.
Jesus Christ this Cuomo ad that ran during the Army/Air Force game
