"I've always loved museums," she says,
"but they can be overwhelming for children. For decades now, I've done something called 'playing postcards'
We do
the museum backwards, visiting the gift shop first. Each child gets to choose three postcards. Then they take it in turns to find that particular artwork in the museum and give us a little information about the piece from the details on the postcard, or from any gallery plaque. At the end of this treasure-hunt-style activity, we vote for our favourite in the cafe."

My dad brought even more rhubarb on Wednesday, so I'm making chutney with half of it and stewing the other half with sugar for a sauce to go with ice cream or granola and yogurt.

Rhubarb chutney mixture in a pot - chopped rhubarb and onion, dried cherries, vinegar, mustard and spices.

*sound. I swear my autocorrect is trying to justify the grammar checkers job. Autocorrect "fixes" individual words, then the grammar is wrong, so grammar checker swoops in and tries to save the day. Like a couple of pickpockets working together 😑
