Do me a favor: remember that to non-Black people, I am Black. No one else has to acknowledge it but non-Black people treat me as a Black woman anyway, so it’s best to consciously recognize that.

It’s maybe not shocking that the institutions closest to fact—district judges, juries—have proven most robust against an onslaught of lies, but it’s to journalism’s eternal shame that it has behaved like the political institutions and not the honest ones.

Rare good news. All flights using Russian airspace should be banned from the EU and any country not backing Russia. Every overflight puts money in Putin's hands and disadvantages western airlines.

US and Chinese carriers are now up to 35 r/t flights between the countries on each side of their bilateral. Still way below what the treaty calls for, but growing.

Will be interesting to see what Russian overflight does or does not happen.
