Ordered him the expensive prescription food the vet wants him on permanently and he’ll need more meds on hand for future episodes. I’d had optimistic thoughts of getting a new rug and bedding at IKEA but now Christmas is cancelled, everyone’s gift this year is Shawn’s bladder NOT full of blood. 😭

Well now. I know I ingest too much sugar and have the fatty liver from it, which also increases cholesterol. But I also know I don't eat enough because I'm never hungry. Time to try to eat more and see what that does to my numbers.

Plus I had to figure out where the battery back up was so I could shut the thing off. That beeping is fucking annoying, which is the point, but your girl is in pain and on the cusp of a migraine and that sound was not helping.

Nothing like the carbon monoxide detector going off, but it's just the EOL alarm and not a gas leak.

Still required me to go down to the basement 4 times cuz it could have been EOL for the device or a prophetic portent requiring heaving drinking. And we keep the booze down there.
