- it turns out everyone is just after a bit more kindness in the world, even people who are susceptible to misinformation that is designed to throw everyone off balance and drive us apart. Except that councillor, but he’s a plonker.

If he was an employee, but his ultimate accountability is at the hands of the voters, so they left it at that. Someone was upset at the attacks on asylum seekers, and the inaugural local Pride event and someone else was upset that he was being bullied for his views

It was a post about a hearing to discuss the questionable conduct of a local councillor, who had been making arguably homophobic and racist remarks, click baiting the group in question and trying to build a reputation for notoriety - the hearing was a nothing burger, would have been reprimanded…

I am so glad so many screenings were so full we had to change our plans tonight and I am so glad we got to see it, it will change lives because people who had no idea will now know at least a tiny bit more. The knock-on effect will be so wonderfully positive, all involved should be very proud
