These people are risk averse, they make decisions based on what feels least risky. They will only leave X when they start fearing blowback and PR headaches

If I had one piece of advice, just for anybody and everybody, it would be to buy a cheap notebook and to fill up a page everyday with something. Just sit with it alone for five minutes and work in it, and don't show anybody. Learn about what comes out of you.

so something that's been helpful for me is the @xblock.aendra.dev labeler, bc it labels social (mostly twitter / bsky) screenshots, so I'd have to actively click it open when people post those. In case you are looking for something to minimize twitter dunking on your skyline.
