The United States has a mixed economy. However, the failures within our system arise from the capitalistic side of our economy, which due to profit incentives, has vastly undermined the socialized aspects of our system.

I am discussing the way in which capitalism uniquely contributes to power accumulation.

Capitalism itself facilitates the worst side of humanity by framing the world through an inherently competitive lens, in which the weak die and the strong survive. It is a system that by its very nature requires many to drown so that others can thrive.

The problem with capitalism is not human nature. The problem with capitalism is that, by its incentive structure, it rewards exploitation and selfishness. This means that the worst of humanity occupies the top of the hierarchy, while the rest fall down below.

Hell, it is even at odds with a lot of their own storytelling.

It really makes me think that those who write the stories for a lot of games, movies, shows, etc. have a different vision from the companies that actually employ them. They often present these themes in an abstract manner, which makes it a lot harder to detect for those who are not looking for it.

It is pretty wild the disconnect between the right and the media they actually enjoy. Even in Genshin Impact, there are a lot of themes that would make both conservatives and the CCP uncomfortable, though a lack of media literacy makes the former not realize it.

There has been some overlap between the Dramatubers and anti-LGBTQ+ harassment campaigns too. Tectone and Asmongold both covered it, taking a stance against the striking actors, and they have been harassing trans YouTubers and the community more broadly lately.

Earlier this year a cis actor took a striking non-binary performer’s role in Honkai Star Rail. When there was outcry he remained silent.

Another Hoyo actor then came forward and insisted “he knows nothing about the strike or SAG,” which I learned in private from the scab’s friends was a lie.

It is honestly kind of ironic too, given that conservative Christians tend to be extremely anti-China. Even Kirk himself was anti-China, though I imagine his opposition to the CCP itself had more to do with American nationalism than it did about authoritarianism.

I think what concerns me is that if a lot of these types of voice actors ended up being hired into companies like Hoyoverse (given that conservative Christians tend to be anti-union), it could end up radicalizing younger fans into right-wing pipelines. It has already happened to an extent.

Recently the voice actor for Dr Ratio in Honkai Star Rail came out in support of Charlie Kirk and his ideals, and when saying this he added in one of many posts that “many fellow VAs feel the same.”

Some actors have hand waved this statement as bullshit.

But I do think it’s important to examine.

Already today, Israel has:

-Conducted a drone strike on Khan Younis in Gaza

-Shot & wounded two others near Khan Younis

-Killed 5 Palestinians in Gaza City

-Fired on & wounded a several others near Jabalia

All in violation of the “ceasefire.”

A common misconception that I see about capitalism is that despite wealth inequality, everyone is still better off. However,

1. Industrialization improves material conditions, not capitalism.
2. The prosperity of wealthy nations stems from the exploitation of less economically developed nations.

And how fully.

Trans people are an innocent minority, but transphobia makes people refuse to believe the evidence of their eyes and think all sorts of nonsense about trans people, seemingly for the rest of their lives. Proper brain rot.

Leftists: "We want peace and human rights for everyone."

Fascists: "We want to murder 12 million people."

'Centrists': "We should compromise and just murder 6 million people."
