Yes it's true and it's Conservative Party Ontario Premier Doug Ford's fault. He ran an ad featuring Ronald Reagan's (verified true) comments on tariffs. It begs the question as to just what his motivation was for running the ad. I tend to agree with Angry's assessment. F**ks over Canada though.
