Aber diese Unart, dass sich fahruntüchtige Menschen davon nicht vom Autofahren abhalten lassen, gehört weg. Ich hab keinen Führerschein, ich gurke ja auch nicht in der Gegend rum mit einem Auto, das ich nicht unter Kontrolle hätte.

Wer zu alt ist, um sicher Auto zu fahren, soll es eben sein lassen. Und natürlich gehört das dann entsprechend aufgefangen mit Fahrangeboten für diese Menschen.

Das Problem ist aber mMn nicht mit dem Griff gelöst. Junge Menschen sind auch damit achtlos (Tür wird aufgerissen), ältere nicht mehr so beweglich, vermeiden die Drehung, schaffen keinen Schulterblick.

Ja, das war jetzt vor ein paar Jahren schon, es war an einer trockenen Winterwoche, also hoffe ich, das es nicht mehr nutzlos war. Nummer konnte ich in der Dunkelheit nicht erkennen.

Ach ja, und noch zuletzt: Durch meine persönliche Situation bin ich sehr privilegiert. Wäre meine Wahl auf die Maßnahmen limitiert gewesen, die Autismuszentren, Eingliederungsmaßnahmen etc. bereitsstellen (eher: vorsehen), hätte ich heute noch keinerlei Abschluss. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

… oder man hilft, adäquate Ressourcen bereitzustellen, die abgerufen werden können, aber nicht müssen.

"Fehlende Resilienz" ist eben oft genug das Ergebnis von Anforderungen, die persönlichen Ressourcen überschreiten.

Das kann man uns vorwerfen, wie es nicht wenige "Fachleute" gerne tun. Man kann uns mit ABA darauf drillen, die Folgen der Überforderung nicht mehr zu zeigen.

Niemand hat dadurch auch nur einen Cent mehr in der Tasche, einen Tag mehr Urlaub oder bessere Arbeitsbedingungen.

Für "Alle Arbeitenden" ist es nichts anderes, als eine Drohkulisse.
