Its a subject that is being addressed in the House of Lords , no panic its just the British way . Incidently here in France lots of disabled folks love the Ami etc as they are cheap , easy to park and get in and out of .

There are a couple of things going on here . Firstly lack of standardisation of the different types of charger and accessibility , secondly its going to depend also on what europe does , Thirdly the govt can do little about the weight of cables and where the makers put the charging points 🧵

I suspect cars are the least of their problems its lack of food and fuel that will bring folks out onto the streets either due to hyper inflation or plain lack of money . What is money if it cannot buy you what you need ?

Yes that’s why I have given up talking to them for the moment . The fact that these are rules for this that have no logical reason come as no surprise to myself or any other resident of France. After all France gave the world the word bureaucracy and we love paperwork 😜
