That said, Once you get a good grasp of the fundamentals it gets easier/more fun to learn since you can shift focus to more specific vocabulary/grammar points rather than massive subjects like verb conjugation. You can also start watching native media as well.

I would say 3 years min to get to a place where you can have simple conversations. Though it will vary depending on your aptitude and how much time you can spend on studying. I've been studying for 2 years now and I'm only just now getting to around N5. There's a LOT to learn!

There's also the personal aspect of art which is often overlooked. Art is ~about~ things and expresses the thoughts of the artist about life, society, etc. You can ask AI to draw you of a picture of "two weird people kissing", but it can't express your feelings of isolation. YOU have to do that.

What would you consider "being creative" to be? For me it's the act of making all those tiny meaningful choices when creating a work of art such as composition, lighting, dialogue, etc.

Typing "draw me an anime dude" seems about as creative as just googling/stealing an existing character.

Was not expecting a Suspiria reference in this show.

Shin Chan is such a weird franchise because 99% of the show is "the kids go to a museum and annoy the staff" but then the movies will have them saving the world on a magical dinosaur island for some reason.
