If a province separates the Federal govt retains all resources. (No oil for AB) also 90% of the provinces in under treaty so in the end they'd be leaving with...well nothing much. But lets remember or keep clear only 19-20% support leaving. MSM making big deal out of this giving to much air #cdnpoli
