One of the key issues is that asymptomatic is being equated as mild but you can still get long covid & blood clots from asymptomatic infections and risk is still adding up!
I see so many posts with folks saying they don’t get COVID. Sadly the risks of asymptomatic infections have been forgotten. This is why we had testing. Please read about asymptomatic COVID. Infections still carry post infection risks and can infect others. ada.com/covid/asympt...

One of the key issues is that asymptomatic is being equated as mild but you can still get long covid & blood clots from asymptomatic infections and risk is still adding up!

I appreciate those out there protesting at great risk to their lives however i think the nation needs to grind this economy to a dead stop.
It's something everyone can do safely. No spending on ANYTHING but absolute necessities.
I understand some shut ins can not do this but very many of us can.

We should stop referring to what ICE agents wear as “masks,” as it feeds into stigmatization and actual legislation to ban face-masks, including respirators. ICE agents technically do not wear masks; they wear neck gaiters. However we should refer to them as what they actually are: hoods

“I would swim three mornings a week before going to the office. I was running 40 km. I was traveling every second week. Now I leave my house only every 2-3 months… I was where I was supposed to be [with COVID vaccination]. I was in good health. I wasn’t depressed; I wasn’t anxious.”
If you're wondering how the medical community can ignore a disease that causes all of the damage laid out in the thread below, take note of the fact that continuing medical education processes are so outdated and ineffectual that many can't even recognize #longCOVID when they get it themselves.

When Covid first started, I felt hope.
I genuinely believed we would move forward as a more inclusive society.
That disabled people would start receiving the accommodations they had needed for years (like remote work).
