This World AIDS Day, we remember the hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers lost to HIV and AIDS, and those living with HIV today. We must remind ourselves and each other that the fight isn’t over until the epidemic is over for everyone.

This year, we have personally known 6 people who have died. 3 in one day in September. Yes, we are an older couple, and each of the deceased were older than we are. Still, it seems like I am sending a lot of sympathy cards out. Cancer, mostly. Stroke. 2 women, 4 men. Is this the rolling rapture?

Not to be missed in all the discussions of Hegseth's alleged orders: EVERYONE in that chain of command had the OBLIGATION to say NO. That's the point of the video by the 6 patriotic senators/reps. Not the opportunity to say "no", the OBLIGATION to say NO. Shame on each of them.

Hegseth needs to be brought up on murder charges, war crimes for the murder of the boat survivors. AND anyone else involved needs to be prosecuted as well: including every sailor, every airman, every drone operator.

Well, evidently news of the WV Guardsmen's passing was premature. Thankfully, they are still alive, in critical condition. Meanwhile not clear if the guard members were from WV or DC.
