They use Shopify & other e-commerce distributors. Shipping is included in price at a discounted rate for US and they offer "free shipping" after mark-up. That's why they don't ship internationally. With Shopify's average shipping cost, they make $5-15 per shirt, higher end if they use warehouses.

For anyone interested, if I remember correctly, the sewing circle was organized through @Altgov_sewPPE on the blue bird hellsite. I seemed to have missed that attribution in the video, but you can still go back in time on the twit box to see its history.

I am humbled to have been able to share your accomplishments! Your story, to me, was perhaps the most incredible part of the AltGov/AltFam history. The fact that someone can do so much good just by KNITTING! 🤯 Literally shows anyone can be a hero if we're just kind enough to try.
