Wasn’t the original Fight Club all about a bunch of guys beating the shit out of each other?
Wow — Senators Van Hollen, Smith, Murphy, Sanders, Warren, Markey, Merkley, Heinrich have created an official internal "Fight Club."

They're challenging Schumer & Gillibrand's leadership, arguing the party is using an old, corporate-friendly playbook insufficient to take on Trump or win elections.

Trump will deny that he’s ever heard of him or he ever had anything to do with the pardon and the MSM will just shrug as though that’s a perfectly reasonable response for the President of the United States to make in such a situation.

Was under the impression that USG’s *administration* was wildly corrupt but that the POTUS personally was not, and that its corruption was a reflection of his inadequate grip on things and poor judge of character rather than any personal vice.
Ulysses Grant was phenomenally corrupt, although still not as "openly" corrupt as Trump.

Yes, HID headlights are very bright but the bigger problem is the proliferation of gargantuan vehicles with 5’+ hood heights so that if you’re driving a normal sized car their headlights are at your eye level rather than seat level like they’re supposed to be.

Quite apart from anything else, surely this is a straightforwardly factual statement.
I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

Really looks like the United States is about to launch a regime change war against Venezuela with:

-No casus belli
-No authorization from Congress
-No allies or international support
-No plan for a post-Maduro Venezuela
-No preparation for any sort of stabilization or containment of the fallout
