He escaped to the US - then ICE detained him.

There are no journalism ethics that justify this. There ARE journalism ethics that essentially require non-redaction.
I'm searching Getty Images and found some photos credited to the Boston Herald that redact the faces of ICE/federal agents. They don't redact the face of the guy they're arresting.

I'm curious about the ethics of doing this. I don't think I've ever seen this on Getty before.

If I'm reading this correctly, this bill would require health plans available through ACA to no longer cover abortion access.

The only exception is "life of the mother".
