2 electricians got killed, 3 hospitalized - district military governor.

The last time the electricity supply disruption in Kyiv was this bad was on November 16, 2022, when it rained for days, as it is now.

Clearly, Russians time their terror attacks on Ukraine's electrical grid to coincide with the worst possible weather conditions for repairs and overall public mood.

UPDATE: after Fri night Russian terror airstrike, my Kyiv apartment survived the 2nd longest blackout so far: ~11 hrs without electricity.
Uitility workers, the Titans they are, never allowed cold water supply to dry, but my broadband ISP had lost its back up power after ~8 hours.

Those are NRKs (Ukrainian for "robotized ground unit") a.k.a. "ground drones".
Namely the DIY model by the National Guard's Rubizh Brigade: unarmed, designed for re-supply and CASEVAC.
The grates are seats / payload points; the tailgate part is for sideways-loaded stretchers.

In the case of the globally-important Russian invasion of Ukraine, Biden administration had been providing the world with almost 100% accurate information - just did very little about it.

Today, President Volodymyr Zelensky made it clear that Ukraine will increase long-range strikes deep inside Russian territory to "force Russia into peace".
He expects his generals to "scale up" such strikes soon using Ukrainian-produced weapons.
