I am in what is apparently the most mis-pronounced place in the UK
You know what, you're right. They're probably somewhere they shouldn't be instead. πŸ˜„

Oh yeah I hadn’t thought of that
And now I have signal again, hello from Somerset!
Trowbridge is the weirdest fucking place I've ever been. I can't quite put my finger on why, it just feels deeply odd
And a slightly more leisurely change here in Wiltshire
Disappointing. Not a single cat to be seen
Off for another adventure today. Time to visit four different counties!

what the fuck are you talking about, she made a whole community of friends online and was stabbed to death by two of her classmates
Meeting yesterday with Brianna Ghey's mother Esther - and pupils at Brianna's former school - was a powerful reminder of why controls on social media and smartphone use in schools is so important for children, teachers and parents. (1/2)

Get ready for a world of pain, bud
Fully believe we should regulate to have one type of ink cartridge for all printers. Let brands compete on the quality of their ink and price, not "you have only one cartridge you can buy for your printer and it's Β£10 more than you paid for the thing in the first place"
Several printers (particularly looking at you Canon) are cheaper to buy new with ink. than a set of replacement ink, a practice that just encourages e-waste. And every brand changes the type of ink almost yearly so your cartridges don't work on the model that directly succeeds yours.
Seriously these things are a mess. Setting different brands up is completely different and inconsistent and requires you to use manufacturer software to enable online functions you don't want or need. HP lock their cartridges behind a security chip and will stop printing if you go offline too long
Home consumer printers should be banned or heavily regulated for inter-compatibility.

The current situation of cheap hardware that continually breaks, annoying manufacturer software and sky high, locked-down ink that only works with a select few printers has got to end
Do you have any extremely niche, but serious, ethical stances?

the forced self-censorship gibberish we all have to do on social media now is having a devastating effect on the way people communicate with each other. nobody in a healthy society is saying "unalived"
